Трансформація парадигми підготовки менеджерів в умовах фінансово-економічних проблем

Abstract

В параграфі 5.2. досліджено формування нової парадигми менеджмент-освіти в умовах фінансово-економічної кризи. В таких умовах модернізація підготовки менеджерів пов’язана з тим, що під час навчання майбутніх управлінців необхідно розв’язати складний комплекс протиріч інтересів: вищих навчальних закладів, роботодавців, студентів, суспільства в цілому. Визначено шляхи удосконалення менеджмент-освіти в умовах фінансово-економічної кризи. In paragraph 5.2. the formation of a new paradigm of management education in the conditions of the financial and economic crisis is researched. In such circumstances, the modernization of the training of managers is due to the fact that during the training of future managers it is necessary to solve a complex set of conflicts of interests: higher educational establishments, employers, students, society as a whole. The ways of improvement of management-education in the conditions of financial and economic crisis are determined.
