| Abstract: | У роботі досліджені принципи взаємодії слідчого й оперативного працівника органів внутрішніх справ під час розкриття і розслідування злочинів. Уточнено ієрархію принципів, на яких ґрунтується взаємодія слідчого і оперативного працівника органів внутрішніх справ під час розкриття і розслідування злочинів. З’ясовано співвідношення принципів і передумов взаємодії. The paper studied the principles of interaction investigative and operational police officers in the detection and investigation of crimes. Specified hierarchy of principles underlying the interaction investigative and operational police officers in the detection and investigation of crimes. It was found correlation principles and prerequisites interaction. |
