Abstract: У статті доведена необхідність розробки спеціальної системи підготовки майбутніх викладачів історико-правових дисциплін до професійного спілкування. Проведене дослідження впевнило в доцільності розробки спеціальної системи підготовки майбутніх викладачів історико-правових дисциплін до педагогічного спілкування, що забезпечувало значне зростання рівнів сформованості в них комунікативних умінь. The solution of socio-political and economic problems facing the Ukrainian state, to a certain extent, depends on the construction of the national education system and its integration into the international educational space. The main role in this system is played by a teacher who should be characterized by the formed professionally significant personal qualities and a high level of readiness for professional activity. The universal form of this activity is communication. At the same time, the results of the analysis of the practice of preparing future teachers of historical and legal disciplines for pedagogical communication suggest that there are a number of contradictions in it the necessity of introducing democratic and humanistic approaches to the educational process in educational institutions and the inability of many teachers to implement these approaches in practice, aspirations of future teachers have a high level of readiness for professional communication and the absence of a special system in the university's educational process p Preparation for this communication and others. In view of the above, the problem of developing and introducing into the practice of universities the special system of training future teachers of historical and legal disciplines for pedagogical communication becomes of special significance. The results of the recent analysis of scientific research show that researchers focus on different aspects of the competence approach to the training of future teachers of historical and legal disciplines, while the issue of mastering them with communicative skills remains unnoticed. As a result of our analysis of scientific literature and experimental studies, the system of communicative skills, which should have a teacher of historical and legal disciplines, was substantiated. This system includes: verbal (verbal) communication; possession (non-verbal) means of communication; professional-pedagogical attention; creating a creative state of health; establishment and maintenance of communication in communication; self-presentation; assimilation of the initiative; construction and implementation of a communication plan; possession of pedagogical contact. Component-structural analysis of the system of communicative skills has shown that its systematic factor is the ability to have a pedagogical contact. The indicated communicative skills according to the results of our research can be formed on the following levels: initial mastery (low), limited formation (average), sufficient formation (high), successful mastery (mastery or creative). Low levels of possession of these skills lead to the disadvantages of professional communication between teachers of history and law. The article proves the necessity of developing a special training system for future teachers of historical and legal disciplines for professional communication. The conducted research has ensured the expediency of developing a special system of training future teachers of historical and legal disciplines for pedagogical communication, which ensured a significant increase in the levels of their communicative skills. In our opinion, further research on this problem should be associated with the development of special training programs, the implementation of which will facilitate the acquisition of these skills; the distinction of the stages of control and correction of the training of teachers of historical and legal disciplines for pedagogical communication; the development of special educational disciplines and teaching aids for improving the communicative skills of these teachers.
